Step 01Discovery Call

We start by understanding your land, your goals and who the home is for — investment income, dual occupancy, or your first home. We’ll walk you through our available home designs and be upfront about what’s possible within our fixed modular range. No pressure, no sales pitch — just an honest conversation to see if we’re the right fit.

Step 02On-Site Meeting

We visit your land to assess site access, orientation, ground conditions and council requirements. This shapes the delivery and installation plan, and gives you a clear picture of your all-in costs — land prep, cranage, and connections — before you commit to anything.

Step 03Design & Selection

Choose your internal finishes, fixtures and fittings from our curated selection. Our homes are built to a fixed structural specification — which is what keeps costs controlled and timelines reliable — but you have real choice over how your home looks and feels inside and out.

Step 04Fixed-Price Quote

You receive a single, comprehensive fixed-price contract that covers everything: the home, transport, crane installation and council approvals. No TBC line items. No variation risk. What you sign is what you pay — and your build slot is confirmed.

Step 05Build & Delivery

Your home is built inside our Gold Coast warehouse under controlled conditions, with a dedicated project manager overseeing every stage — framing, insulation, glazing, fit-out and final inspection. Weather doesn’t cause delays. Quality is consistent. You can visit the warehouse to see progress firsthand.

Step 06Handover & Warranty

Once complete, your home is transported to your land and craned into position. Our team manages site connections and final fit-off. We do a full walkthrough with you before handover, and you receive all documentation, warranties and our ongoing support. Your home is ready to live in — or lease.
